A hub of all-weather activities for the whole family, the Oasis Sports & Leisure Centre in Hunstanton is perfect for those looking for a regular fitness venue as it is for people and families seeking an active day out.
Inside you’ll find a 25m-heated pool with separate toddler pool, whirlpool spa and 33m aqua slide.
Or if you’d rather stay dry, choose from a four-land indoor bowling green, squash courts, the Bodyworks Fitness Studio (one-off membership fee applies) and an environmentally friendly synthetic Ice Skating rink. The Ice Skating is suitable for all ages – there are even special skates for toddlers to attach to their own shoes, so they can have a go too.
The Fun Castle is a 30,000ft3 indoor adventure play area designed especially for children aged 10 and under. With a 4-storey play frame, 450o spiral slide and a ’sky glide’ ride with splat landing mat, among other delights, this all-weather activity is perfect for letting your junior adventurers burn off some of that (seemingly) boundless energy. Never a bad thing in our opinion.
Once you’ve worked up an appetite, relax and enjoy a bite to eat at the Surfside Café. Located on Hunstanton’s Central Promenade, the café overlooks the beach and surf, offering panoramic views of The Wash on warmer days. Rather marvelously, there is a Poolside service area for swimming customers and another that can be accessed from the seafront at the entrance to the Fun Castle.
Oasis Sports & Leisure Centre is open daily throughout the year (except Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day).
